bdfun Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdfun platform and all of its associated services. bdfun is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and various other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

When you use the bdfun website or app, create an account, participate in any game, or complete a financial transaction, you are automatically considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. It is therefore important to read this document in full before you start using the platform.

One Account Rule

Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses and winnings earned will be considered void.

Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, contact bdfun immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

In the interest of safe and secure transactions, bdfun reserves the right to verify a user's identity when required. This process may involve requesting a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents.

• Identity verification may sometimes be required for withdrawals.
• If verification is requested and the information is not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• The confidentiality of submitted documents will be protected in accordance with bdfun's privacy policy.

Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into bdfun: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited amounts are credited directly to the account.
• If you experience any technical issue during a deposit, please notify the bdfun support team.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the source of the deposit and the account holder must be the same person.

Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on bdfun are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). For any foreign currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate will be applied automatically.

Welcome Bonus

bdfun offers a welcome bonus for new members — a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirement

Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn:

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = you must place bets totalling ৳25,000 before withdrawing.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are completed.
• Some games may not count toward wagering — this will be noted separately where applicable.

General Bonus Usage Policy

• A promotion cannot be taken advantage of more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a promotion is used fraudulently, bdfun may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bdfun reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms of any promotion at any time.

Fair Play

bdfun is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games on the platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) and an independent verification process, which ensures the impartiality of results.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to operate games.
• Using the gaming system in a fraudulent or manipulative manner.
• Attempting to earn bonuses or winnings by using multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users or staff.

Technical Issues

bdfun reserves the right to void any abnormal results caused by a technical error, server downtime, or network issue. In such situations, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

Regular bdfun members can enjoy special benefits through the VIP programme. The VIP tiers are:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier based on active participation and regular gaming activity. bdfun reserves the right to change VIP tiers or reassess benefits in special circumstances.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to active, verified accounts.

bdfun believes that gaming should be enjoyable and entertaining. Uncontrolled gambling can cause financial and psychological harm. We therefore place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• You can set deposit or betting limits for yourself.
• If needed, you can use the self-exclusion feature to suspend your account for a period of time.

• Inconvenience caused by technical errors or server outages.
• Account details being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
